If you are not staying onsite at the host hotel and you are not a local resident, ALD may charge an
additional 30% meeting registration fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to: [email protected]. Cancellation requests received by
July 1, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received from July 2 - August 21, 2024 will receive a full refund less a $250 administration fee.  No refunds will be issued after August 21, 2024.

Badges
Badges can be picked up onsite at the Marriott Chandler in Phoenix, AZ.  Attendees must wear their badge throughout the conference area at all times.  Entrance to the exhibit floor and conference rooms are strictly limited to attendees wearing a current badge.
