Please note: To add on Academy of Laser Dentistry Standard Level Certification, there is an additional fee, payable to the Academy of Laser Dentistry for $275.  This fee includes a Foundations in Laser Dentistry Online 5-Chapter Course (6 CE Credits & 90 days access), the Standard Level Online Exam (75 multiple choice questions (1 CE, timed 1-hour exam).  You must successfully complete this course, Foundations in Laser Dentistry Online Course and Standard Level Online Exam within 90 days of this hands on course.
