Categories
Active Member - Annual Dues $395 U.S.
Applies to any licensed dentist. Active
members have full voting rights and are eligible for elected office.
Affiliate Member - Annual Dues $150 U.S.
Includes any non-dental professional, scientist
or physician qualified and recognized in his/her respective field
and not eligible for membership in other categories. Affiliate members
are non-voting.
Non-Practicing Member - Annual Dues $150
U.S.
Includes any retired or disabled dentists.
This non-voting category is not open to dentists currently working
with a manufacturer or vendor.
Associate Member - Annual Dues $150 U.S.
Includes dental auxiliaries, hygienists,
office managers and other dental office administrative staff interested
in obtaining knowledge about laser dentistry. Associate members
are non-voting.
Student Member - Annual Dues $50 U.S.
Includes dental or dental auxiliary students
or residents in good standing with an accredited dental school program.
Student members are non- voting. Please provide copy of current
student I.D. with your application.
